LiDAR measuring for kitchen, closet and furniture makers
Scan the room. Leave with the drawing.
MeasurePlan turns an iPhone LiDAR scan into a dimensioned plan, wall elevations, outlet and pipe positions, photos and 3D — and lets you confirm every wall that matters with a laser.

How it works
From an empty room to a buildable plan
-
01
Walk the room
Walk slowly along the walls. LiDAR traces the floor, corners, doors and windows, and sharp photos are kept along the way.
-
02
Get the plan
Walls, openings and the ceiling height become a clean plan with dimensions in millimetres or inches.
-
03
Mark the details
Aim at outlets, switches, pipes and valves. Each one lands on its wall with its height and offset from the corner.
-
04
Confirm with the laser
Connect a Leica DISTO and measure the walls you will build against. Confirmed values are marked ✓ in every drawing.
-
05
Send the files
PDF for the client, DXF for CAD, SketchUp and 3D for the designer — straight from the job site.

AR · 1:1
Walk back into the room — from your phone
Open any saved scan in AR and the room appears around you at full size, with its real photo texture and lit by the light where you stand. Check a cabinet against a window from your office, a week later.
- Return to the job site without driving there
- Send the 3D file — your client, designer or installer far away sees the room with their own eyes
- Measure what you forgot, straight on the scan
-
HD photo texture
Sharp, colour-balanced texture built from the scan photos, with no seams between shots. You can read an outlet or a valve label on the model.
-
Full-size AR
The scanned room at 1:1 around you, lit by the real room light. Walk through it as if you were back on site.
-
Measure on the scan
Tap two points, then drag either end with a magnifier. Lock to vertical or level. Every new distance is saved with the project.
-
Scan viewpoints
Stand exactly where each photo was taken and look around the room from there, with the 3D model behind it.
-
AR tape measure
Measure live through the camera: chains of lines, vertical and level locks, undo.
-
Level and angle
Bubble level and edge gauge in degrees, mm/m, in/ft or percent, with hold and set-zero.
-
Floor levels and ceiling
Finds steps and sunken areas in the floor, like a basement, and draws them on the plan. Ceiling heights are confirmed by laser and marked ✓.
-
Shape first, then laser
Sketch the room — rectangle, L, U or T — then go around with the Leica DISTO wall by wall. Turns either way.
-
Furniture measure
Scan a cabinet or a sofa and get its overall size and front, side and top drawings, with DXF export.
Uses
Made for people who make things fit
-
Kitchens
Wall lengths, ceiling height, window sills, outlets and water lines — what a cabinet layout needs.
-
Closets and wardrobes
Niches, slopes and door openings measured once, ready for a module layout.
-
Furniture and objects
Scan a sofa, a table or a vanity in Object mode and open it in Blender or 3ds Max.
-
Countertops Coming
Laser templating of counters and backsplashes.
-
Renovation
A dimensioned record of the room before work starts, with photos and 360° points.
-

Leica DISTO
Laser where it matters
Scans are fast, lasers are exact. MeasurePlan connects to a Leica DISTO over Bluetooth, so you can confirm the walls a cabinet or a countertop will touch. The scan value and the laser value sit side by side, and big differences are flagged.
Honest about accuracy
A phone scan is usually within 1–3 cm per wall. That is great for layouts and quotes, not for cutting stone. Every value is marked: ~ from the scan, ✓ confirmed by you. Check what matters on site before you manufacture.
